Machine Tool Sales, Service, Applications Support, and Automation. Serving SC, NC, VA, and WV for over 25 years. MachineTech has been serving South Carolina as a distributor since 1994. In 2005, we expanded to include North Carolina, Virginia and portions of West Virginia. Rick Smith, founder of MachineTech, has over 40 years of experience in the machine tool industry and brings his expertise to the unique requirements of the Piedmont’s manufacturing community. MachineTech currently operates as a family business which includes his son, Alex Smith, and Son-in-law, Blake English. Our Sales and Engineering support staff are all trained on a variety of machine tools and experienced in all areas of CNC Milling, Turning, and 5-axis. This level of experience establishes MachineTech as uniquely qualified to provide all aspects of your CNC manufacturing requirements. We work closely with their customers to provide productive and cost-effective machining solutions.

Our Technology Center is both a demonstration facility and training center and is located in Uptown Charlotte right off of Interstate 277 at exit 3B.
